Responsible for managing and directing mobile equipment activities within the department. Responsible for managing, controlling, and maintaining the Real Time Location System (RTLS) computerized inventory tracking system. Complies with the Memorial Health Compliance Program, related policies and procedures and the Code of Business Practices; reports instances of perceived and actual non-compliance to Team Leader or through other reporting mechanisms. Developes the staffing work schedule for the twenty-four hour, seven day a week department. Required: Associate’s degree in Health Care, Business, Management, or related. Three to five years of experience in Healthcare field or equivalent work experience, with customer service focus. At least three years of leadership experience. Managing a twenty-four hour, seven days a week department.
