Under the supervision of the Lead Senior End User Support Specialist, the primary duties of a End User Support Analyst is the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of PCs, software and peripheral devices. The analyst will also provide support for audio/visual users and equipment. The End User Support Analyst will be the primary customer facing position to support all desk side IT equipment. The analyst will be required to interface with all customers to understand their needs and provide the IT desk side services needed by the customer. The analyst will configure, install, move, repair, and maintain all desk side IT equipment. The analyst will install, configure, and troubleshoot desk side operating systems and software. The analyst will also participate in IT projects. 

Education Required Relevant Technical Degree or five years of direct PC support experience. 

License/Certification Preferred MCP, A+ 

Special Skills Required Formal classroom education in PC hardware. Training in Windows Operating Systems, and MS DOS operating systems. 

Experience Preferred 2 years
