Treasury Management Implementation Specialist

Position Description:
This role will serve as the liaison between Treasury Sales Officer(s) and customers throughout all aspects of the sales cycle. They will implement products and services sold to the client, working closely with Commercial Services and Operations personnel, as well as Relationship Managers and Commercial Banking Officers.

Treasury Description
Work with Treasury Management Sales Officer to help Commercial and Personal Banking groups in understanding Treasury Management products, pricing, and operations
Orchestrate customer and prospect sales calls to expand business relationships
Assist in the development of new Treasury Management business by managing all elements of the Treasury Management sales cycle to include business development, prospect qualification, needs analysis and close of sale
Work closely with Treasury Management Support and Treasury Management Sales on new and existing customers
Responsible for opening new deposit accounts
Assist with pricing and proposal completion
Assist in preparing and presenting comprehensive sales proposals and presentations to customers in addition to participating and leading product training for various audiences
Partner with internal operations to ensure new services are established correctly and timely and that customer issues are addressed in a professional and responsive manner
Identify product improvements and solutions by communicating client and prospect needs and participating in the development of new services or modifications of existing services
Coordinate with Treasury Management Sales Officer and assist in Remote Deposit paperwork and installations
Coordinate with Treasury Management Sales Officer to prepare and process paperwork, and implement Treasury Management products and services
iMBB (help clients complete paperwork and scan to Treasury Management support)
Review of Treasury Management Support Online Set-ups and Billing
Coordinate with Treasury Management Sales Officer to train customers on new TM products and services as well as online demos
Follow up with customers to ensure products and services are meeting satisfaction
Communicate with other lines of business‘s as to status of products and services

Operations Description
Follow up with customers to ensure products and services are meeting satisfaction
Help manage opportunities and reporting in CRM
iMBX process expert
Wire expert
Scan all treasury management documents
Handle complex customer complaints
Responsible for pricing exceptions for deposit accounts to include follow up with bankers and treasury management
Communicate with other lines of business as to status of products and services
Follow up with customers to ensure products and services are meeting satisfaction


Position Requirements:
The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience and a minimum of 5 years in Treasury Management sales, Commercial or Bank Operations. Incumbent must have demonstrated knowledge of treasury management products and related business, financial and risk management processes, bank operations and compliance. Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software required. Familiarity with various financial payment software applications desired.
