This position will create new and update/maintain existing Retail policies and procedures to comply with industry, compliance and regulatory changes. They will provide ongoing support to banking centers and other customer-facing departments by fielding phone and email inquiries regarding Retail policies and procedures. The successful candidate will also provide input regarding changes to banking center systems, software and equipment and serve as a tester for such changes prior to implementation. This position will work closely with various departments such as Legal, Compliance and Bank Operations to assist in creating, updating and providing exceptions to policies and procedures .They conduct a monthly Policy meeting with representatives and management from multiple departments to discuss necessary changes and additions to Retail policies and procedures and will perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years experience working in a retail bank environment or have a working knowledge of bank compliance and regulatory matters. Candidates must also have strong writing and presentation skills. A basic knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is also required to be successful in this role.
