Position Description:
This position is responsible for a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks including the ability to fix minor household issues and must possess “hands on” skills as well as have a wide knowledge of multiple trades. This position will lead the completion and coordination of construction, remodel, and facilities maintenance projects. Must maintain accurate records of each job completed, keep receipts, generate reports as requested by management, secure multiple bids for all external vendor work, and track progress of ongoing projects.


Position Requirements:
Candidate must possess a good, overall knowledge of all trades: carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting, drywall, and landscaping. Good communication skills with: client, management, vendors, and documentation (for invoicing), trouble shooting skills (determine source of problem and provide sole interface with vendors and maintenance technicians). Ideal candidate must be fastidious in their oversight of any work done and must possess a keen sense of quality workmanship. Utilize expertise in maintenance, repair and renovation tasks to assist in preserving the conditions of residential homes. Candidate must also be extremely well organized, have a good grasp of technology, and must be very thorough and particular about the quality of work completed. Candidates must be flexible to work the hours and/or days necessary to meet the requirements of the position as some projects may require long hours, nights, and weekends in order to meet targeted completion dates, follow up on ongoing tasks, make necessary schedule changes, and react to changing priorities. An essential duty of this position is driving a vehicle. Employees working in this position must be in compliance with MidFirst Bank’s Vehicle Use Policy (“Policy”).
