Position Description:
This position provides administrative support to a Commercial Lending Officer(s) and will be located on the MidFirst Bank Oklahoma City campus. Responsibilities include directly assisting business clients with lending and deposit related activities and interacting with numerous other departments in the bank.

Duties include, but are not limited to assisting customers and Lending Officers with loan closings, order and review of loan documents, processing loan advances and payments, opening new deposit accounts, and handling wire transfers, deposit transfers, treasury management services documents and various inquiries. The position will be responsible for answering phones, electronic filing, general correspondence, loan covenant monitoring, maintaining credit/documentation files and gathering of financial information. The position will interact with business clients to process collection of various documents and financial information along with proactively reaching out to customers for possible banking needs and other duties and projects as assigned.


Position Requirements:
The qualified candidate must possess a minimum of two years previous administrative experience, excellent written and oral communication skills, superior customer service skills, and proficient PC skills, specifically with Microsoft products. The candidate must be detail oriented and enjoy client interaction. A college degree is preferred but not required. Banking experience or office management experience may be considered in lieu of formal administrative/documentation experience.
