The Customer Enrichment Specialist delivers financial counseling and education events in the community, primarily with college students.
The Specialist will participate in college orientation and serve as a student financial coach. The Specialist will coach assigned students throughout their college career on financial matters, such as budgeting, building credit, and managing student loans, and will be tasked with reaching out to assigned students on a regular basis.
The Specialist will proactively seek opportunities on campus and within the community to promote financial literacy, conduct workshops, serve as a guest speaker, and participate in financial related events.
Bachelor’s degree in business, education, counseling, or other related field
Strong oral and written communication skills, preferably in public speaking, teaching, or course facilitation
Knowledge of and passion for financial education concepts, including budgeting, credit, identity theft, and student financial aid
Business software skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to prepare reports, presentations, and analyses
Outoing personality with a desire and ability to establish and foster relationships in the community and on campus as a means to establish and promote financial coaching and education opportunities
