The Managing Director of Healthcare Corporate Finance is responsible for designing and originating full banking relationships, global treasury solutions and a variety of debt financing arrangements for middle market Healthcare clients and prospects nationwide. Ability to perform at a high level with a solid understanding of credit and capital markets, financial engineering, global/domestic treasury solutions, competition, the Healthcare industry and SVB’s unique market advantages. Role will include the management of certain key banking relationships involving complex private, public and global enterprises. Willingness to build an extensive network of business contacts, community leaders, executive management of clients/prospects and other referral sources, which will enhance SVB’s visibility within the market.

• Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated coursework in finance, economics, or accounting
• Advanced knowledge of bank operations and products
• Expertise with credit/cash flow analysis with complex deal structures
• Strong negotiation, marketing and closing skills
• Self-starter possessing superb work ethic
• Formal management experience a plus
• Travel required
