You will be applying for a position in our Corporate Distribution Services (CDS) organization.

CDS is the centralized location that receives, records, sorts and delivers all letters, parcels and all other SVB mailing related needs. The Work Center is responsible for ensuring the timely processing of incoming and outgoing letters and parcels throughout the organization, the team is an integral part of Real Estate and Workplace Services Department.


Primary responsibilities include the following:
•Has substantial understanding of the job, applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks in timely manner.
•Receive and distribute packages and letters to appropriate location throughout the Tasman campus, will be involved with data entry, allocation of mailing cost to the end-users and professional interaction to clients and vendors.
•Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited or little in decision making decision.
•Will be required to compile departmental statistical data and create monthly productivity reports as requested by the management.


Skills and Requirements:

•High School Diploma or equivalent
•2-4 years shipping/receiving/mail services experience
•Must possess and maintain current operational knowledge of UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL shipping systems
•Be able to operate Pitney Bowes mailing equipment
•Must have basic knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office and other desk top computing equipment
