You would be joining our Global Loans Operations team. You would be reviewing executed loan documents, obtains necessary documents to complete the booking process and provides Implementation group with data and other information required to board loans in the Bank's system.

Responsibilities would include:

Reviews executed loan documents, prepared both externally and internally, for accuracy and adherence to terms of approval and Bank guidelines. Resolves loan-related problems and obtains remaining documents necessary to complete documentation and/ or booking process. Processes advances and prepare amortization schedules related to venture term loans. Receives proper approval for any outstanding/missing items, according. Works with credit personnel to clear any outstanding issues. Controls the receipt and payment of legal bills from outside attorneys. Communicates with credit personnel, brokers, outside counsel, and responds to inquiries from clients. Provides Implementation team with data and other information necessary to board loans on Bank’s systems. Coordinates the documentation of loan packages, ordering of UCC searches, preliminary title reports, flood certificates, corporate status reports; verification of lien position. Assists client groups in understanding standard loan documentation forms, collateral and perfection issues, and related policies and procedures. Assists in the clarification/ negotiation of documentation in accordance with Bank procedures.

Skills and Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• 3-5 Years loan processing experience
• Knowledge of Commercial Loan Products
• Knowledge of banking regulations and policies
• Knowledge of loan documentation and practices
• Good communication skills
• Works efficiently
• Demonstrate Drive/Commitment
• Commit to quality
• Good Skills in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
