Reporting to the Leader of Digital/Creative, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for optimizing digital channel marketing performance and user experience. The Digital team is part of a larger Multi-Channel Marketing team delivering the integrated marketing plans and programs centered around client needs, that engage clients and prospects with valuable content that supports their business and promotes awareness and adoption of a range of SVB products and platforms, in alignment with SVB’s marketing strategy and annual business objectives.
#LI-TR1Skills and Requirements:Develop a broader marketing strategy around the SVB website, specific focus on user navigation, site optimization, and success metrics. Optimize workflow and scheduling based on defined digital/content strategy, content marketing plans, guidelines and standards
Consult and collaborate with marketing leads on digital related projects strategically as well as from an executional perspective
Guide and train marketers in best practices and standards for digital delivery and production of marketing communications
In partnership with the broader digital team, drive content updates and enhancements to the site directly in-house as well as oversee outside agency support.
Build and deliver on strategies for use of reporting, and guidance based on analysis of results, and for SEO and marketing automation, in conjunction with the Marketing Operations team
Collaborate with teams including Marketing Operations, and Multi-Channel Marketing peers, on the evolution of email and web templates, processes, standards and guidelines
Lead production and integration of delivery across digital marketing channels
Align on the digital component of key projects tied to client acquisition and cross-sell
