As part of the IT Operations team, the Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for analyzing, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining and repairing of network infrastructure and application components. A Network Engineer performs a wide variety of evaluation, maintenance, installation and training tasks to ensure the computer network performance meets company and user satisfaction. A Network Engineer also provides direction, information, and recommendations regarding network configurations and installations. The candidate will provide primary support and maintenance to our Cisco infrastructure. The environment includes Cisco CUCM v10.x, IPCC/UCCX, Cisco Jabber, Webex, Expressway, Telepresence and Call Recording. The candidate will also support multiple PRIs using MGCP gateways along with SIP Trunking. The candidate will provide secondary support and maintenance for Cisco routers and switches. Environment includes Cisco routers and switches such as the Cisco Nexus and Catalyst platforms, Cisco ASR 7200/3800 routers, Cisco UCS, Cisco Multilayer Director, Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance, and Cisco 6500 Switches amongst others.

? Provide day-to-day operational monitoring and technical support for the infrastructure
? Monitor and support PRI infrastructure and move SVB to a SIP architecture.
? Monitor voice systems performance, availability and daily health.
? Support CUCM dial plans and UCCX dial scripts.
? Provide customer support center and infrastructure teams with issue resolution and troubleshooting support.
? Develop diagrams and documentation to support the configuration, infrastructure, and changes.
? Support disaster recovery plans for systems and telepresence.
? Ensure infrastructure are maintained at the appropriate patch and software levels.
? Plan, test, and deploy firmware, software upgrades, and security fixes to the network infrastructure.
? Manage and execute projects that integrate new technology, scales the environment to meet the growing performance, security, and functionality demands.
? Provide cross training to team members to ensure operational stability.
? Support networking infrastructure as a secondary resource if needed.Skills and Requirements:Education:
Bachelors Degree in CS, IS, or Engineering will be considered based on experience
-3 to 5 years Network Engineering
-3 to 5 years Network Architecture
-Cisco CCIE certification in Voice preferred.
-Certification such as CCNA, CCNP, and Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering will be considered based on experience.
