Title: Specialist - Systems Development
Years of experience: 8-10 years
Hands-on experience in development, implementation, configuration and customization with Service-now.
• ITIL knowledge and ITIL v3 certification desired.
• ServiceNow admin/developer certification preferred
• Working knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM)/ Procurement/CMDB using ServiceNow or any other tool.
• Experience with Incident Management, Change Management, Catalog Request, Knowledge Management, Service Portal
• Experience in Web-Services using SOAP and RESTful frameworks.
• Experience driving complex product development initiatives from concept through release
• Demonstrated consulting aptitude (understanding of business drivers behind technology, problem solver, attention to detail)
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
