Manage the entire process of recruitment, which includes, sourcing, pre-screening the applicants, scheduling interviews, seeking feedback, communicating the status to applicants, Salary Negotiation, making offers, documentation, Onboarding etc
Hardcore IT Recruitmentexperience
Ability andexperienced to handle Niche requirements
Expert in high level networking & candidate pipelining.
Measures the social media performance in the recruitment area.
Providing regular market information from both internal (e.g. MI) and external sources in order to act as a true market expert.
Use of highly advanced sourcing methods to come across the best talent pool (Naukri, Monster, TimesJobs. com)
Research and assess new HR trends and industry practices to maintain relationships with third party, make recommendations
Usage of Social NetworkingSites (LinkedIN )for recruitment
Must have a proven track record of closing Niche positions.
Good Technical Acumen on the skills worked.
Maintaining & updating database of candidates applying for several roles
Knowledge of Taleo is an added advantage
Engaging with Hiring Managers to obtain feedback through each stage of the process
Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
Over 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with experience in independently handling the Talent Acquisition function
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Managerial and leadership skills
Expert on Social Media hiring
