Area and Site: SE - Stockholm
Respond to inbound enquiries as well as research and contact prospective leads in order to drive greater value opporunities intot he business, and arrange suitable appointments for the Business Development Managers.
Though outbound calling, in response to marketing campaigns, develop and maintain relationships with contacs in both prospects and customer base.
Using data from both Salesforce CRM and event or campaign lists, engage with contacts to identify and nurture new sales opportunities. Updating the CRM system with all relevant contact and company profiling information.
The candidate will support marketing in campains and activities to aid lead generation
Respond proactively to inbound phone and web enquiries.
Qualify leads in line with Sungardas’s target requriement
Generate and book appointments for Business Development Managers
Establish new relationships by researching, adding and developing new leads.
Maintain existing Lead relationships, in particular, those which are not actively visited by field sales personnel
Collate information on prospective leads, where an appointment is not obtained
Actively manage the lead database to ensure information is accurate and kept up to date for marketing ans sales activities.
Produce regular reports on activity levels
Follow-up marketing campaigns, web leads and all inbound engagements
Work with field sales to support them in achieving Sungardas’s objectives
Present Sungard in an accurate and positive manner on the phone
Send out company information to potential leads when necessary
Excellent oral and written communication skills and superb listening skills
Professional phone manner with a consultative approach and tone of voice
Highly organised and self motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks
Confident in overcoming rejection and setting challenging goals on a daily basis
Must be able to work accurately, under pressure, to meet strict deadlines, objectives and targets
Interpersonal skills to work with staff across the whole company at different levels
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and SFDC is a plus
Two years prior sales or telemarketing experience preferred
Experience of implementing changes in the telemarketing process
Understanding of marketing process, activities and medium
Demonstrable success in telesales, telemarketing or tele-research roles including setting appointments for field sales colleagues
Experienced in calling at director level in enterprise class organisations
Effective in exposing prospects’ key business drivers and matching these to company capabilities
Have sufficient analytical experience to complete research that identifies relevant information on prospective customers
Commercially minded with experience of working to achieve targets
Experience of working with contact databases (CRM systems SFDC being a plus)
Fluent Swedish and excellent English (language and written)
