Experience: 3 - 5 years’ experience as a business Analyst

 

Primary Skill:

• Experience building Dashboards, advanced spreadsheet creation and data management

• Experience using Oracle eBusiness suite

• Familiarity with Oracle Business Intelligence and Oracle Enterprise Data Warehouse

• Knowledge of IT and server space 

• Excellent communication skills – need to communicate with Sungard AS stakeholders on a regular basis

 

Role & Responsibilities:

 

  • Capacity Tracking: Monitor and Manage equipment leases and server licenses
  • Maintain records or leases and identify termination dates to the lifecycle managers
  • Obtain Test information on customers connected to leases 
  • Obtain financial information (MRR) for products as well as clients

 

  • Financial Tracking: Submit Capex requisitions and tracking for financials, budgets and pipeline
  • Create Capex Requisitions, build I4s and deliver business cases based on guidance from PLCMs
  • Track Purchasing Workflow to determine monthly capex impact including approval processes and equipment shipment status

 

  • Perform Product and Platform analysis
  • Collect and Manage customer info and run reports to provide a 360 view of the Product. Track Contracts and expiry, customer revenue by product, Testing statistics and history for equipment

 

  • Provide Inventory and tools support
  • Creation and deletion of equipment information in Oracle / Q2C
  • Support for creation of quotes in Q2C
  • Building reports and Dashboards off of Salesforce
  • Work on Analytics tools to create Dashboards and Views
