Position Description:
This position is part of the Fraud and Risk Review department within our Bank Operations group. Fraud and Risk Review is primarily responsible for reviewing suspicious checks to identify counterfeit, altered, forged, and scam-related fraud. They also investigate other forms of suspicious customer and deposit account activity, performing various loss prevention functions as needed. In addition, the group supports account research activities for both legal and customer requests.

The position offices at the intersection of Rockwell and Hefner, which offers an open environment with a business casual atmosphere. The hours needed for this position are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with the possibility of overtime (as necessary).


Position Requirements:
Requirements include:
1-3 years banking experience or college degree preferred, but not required
Consistently perform in a volume driven environment where workload fluctuates, but deadlines stay the same and service levels must be met
Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively on the phone and through email to internal customers and business partners
Strong work ethic, critical thinking, and problem solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to escalate issues and concerns appropriately
Ability to perform specific tasks independently
Ability to exercise discretion, judgment, and independent decision-making while following procedural guidance
Ability to use standard computer software (MS Outlook, MS Excel) and quickly learn to navigate and operate job-specific software and web-based applications
Maintain a high degree of reliability
Other duties as assigned by management
