Position Description:
Assist and provide general support to litigation department of mortgage servicer with miscellaneous tasks; Responsible for opening new litigation files and managing small group of court files; Receive and coordinate handling of incoming mail and other related communications; Administer of invoice process.


Position Requirements:
The candidate must demonstrate good PC skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel - Access knowledge is a plus. Experience and/or knowledge regarding mortgage servicing is preferred, but not required. This position works closely with others on a daily basis so the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and maintain good working relationships is a must. The position also requires multitasking with effective prioritization and attention to detail, and the exercise of analytical and independent judgment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
