Position Description:
Provide Office Coordination and Project Management support to the Real Estate Development, Corporate Technology and Corporate Security groups. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; answering phones, electronic and paper filing, scheduling meetings, managing various calendars, processing invoices, and preparing weekly and monthly reports. This position will work with other groups within the organization as well as external vendors to accomplish tasks and goals. Other duties and projects as assigned.


Position Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required. Some college/associates degree preferred.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of administrative or relevant analytical experience and must be very proficient in the use of workplace technologies (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Candidate must display and possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to interact with staff and management throughout the Company in a prompt and professional manner, on a wide variety of operational, strategic, and planning-related issues.
The candidate must have strong initiative, a desire to learn new skills and/or processes quickly, and excellent organizational/planning skills.
High standards of courtesy, performance and respect for confidentiality are essential.
Additional necessary skills include the ability to handle multiple responsibilities at once and establishing priorities.
Independent judgment is required for appropriate decision making, problem solving and priority setting.
Formulate and clearly communicate tasks, deadlines, and expectations to others.
Possess analytical skills that will assist with various projects, ongoing reporting, and internal communication as needed.
