Support private banking officers on new loans and new accounts
Monitor daily workflow and operations
Develop and maintain multiple tracking reports for the department (production, referrals to other units, status monitoring etc.)
Assist with scheduling meetings, travel and appointments for the team
Create meeting agendas and take notes for those meetings
Assist with expense reports
Data entry and monitoring of the CRM
Data entry for mortgages, business express loans and commercial/consumer credit cards
Assist with compliance for mortgages and other loans as necessary
Scan and secure file transfer for all financials associated with credit processes
Assist with marketing related activities such as event planning and client tracking
Notarize loan documents
Additional projected as needed


Position Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in an administrative role
Sense of urgency
Excellent computer knowledge (including a good understanding of excel)
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Banking and/or mortgage background is a plus
