? Designs changes for and customizes platform automation software (Deposit Origination, Service Request Manager and TellerInsight) to meet the needs of MidFirst Bank. This includes system maintenance and adding new products, services, documents, workflows and retail office locations to the software as needed.
? Test, document and implement customizations to the platform automation software.
? Pull weekly audit reports outlining the customizations that have been completed in the platform automation software to ensure changes are properly approved.
? Provide support for Platform Automation system users on a daily basis, including serving an on call rotation for afterhours support.
? Administer user access to Platform Automation systems.
? Maintain and administer Platform Automation systems including adding, maintaining, modifying and removing products, services, documents, forms, and banking center locations.
? Assist in the implementation of new software releases including:
o Advising appropriate personnel of procedural changes in a new release.
o Distributing documentation to appropriate personnel.
? Assist with software updates to retail office server databases as necessary. Ensure current version of the software is maintained in all locations.
? Serve as contact liaison with FIS for Platform Automation software under the direction of the Application Support Supervisor or a Senior Platform Automation Administrator.
? Provide assistance to Banking Center Administrators in resolving unusual problems related to Platform Automation software.
? Train Banking Center Administrators on limited system maintenance and other support duties as determined.
? Maintain Platform Automation software manuals as well as developing additional documentation that may be needed due to internal procedures.
? Participate in business continuity and disaster recovery exercises.
? One to three years project management experience.
? Three or more years experience with general PC software such as Microsoft Office, Windows, and Internet Explorer.
? General familiarity with the Internet.
? Ability to work and effectively communicate with employees and management throughout the bank.
? Ability to relate issues and problems to the individuals designated as the Deposit Origination and Service Request Manager Technical Administrator and/or additional support staff.
? Ability to work and effectively communicate with fellow employees in a training and support role.
? General understanding of MidFirst’s current products, services, and forms is desired.
