Marketing Manager – Digital
MidFirst Bank is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and the marketing efforts for the Bank’s digital initiatives. This opportunity is for someone who enjoys creating and implementing strategies to drive online traffic, continuously optimizing marketing performance, and achieving account activity and balance goals. This position will be responsible for driving the success of direct to consumer channels, specifically the digital bank.
Significant experience in digital marketing tactics is required with expertise in PPC, SEO, SEM, e-mail, social media, and e-commerce, managing the onsite and off-site experience and conversions.
This position will report to the Creative and PR Director within the Bank’s Marketing department, and will work closely with other team members and Marketing Director to achieve the desired results.
Additional Job Objectives:
Devise strategies to drive online traffic – create and manage overall marketing plan for channel(s)
Manage digital marketing budget by channel(s)
Ensure that budget and campaign goals are met – monitoring ROI and KPIs
Monitor conversion rates, making improvements or corrections – continuously optimizing
Develop and manage digital bank related marketing campaigns to increase applications, account growth, and account usage
Make recommendations for site optimization – usability, design, content, and advertising
Collaborate with key stakeholders
Assist with managing digital bank social media strategy by channel(s)
Manage site, application and advertising reporting and analytics reporting on a daily basis
Job Skills Needed:
Demonstrated ability to development and execute sales and marketing strategies
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, including knowledge of HTML and CSS
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital bank campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing websites, landing pages and user funnels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
