Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Description:
This role will be responsible for regular maintenance and content updates on websites, as well as management of the digital marketing platforms, including email, online and mobile banking marketing platforms. This includes day-to-day content updates and email management, as well as other projects related to the different sites and initiatives.

Analyze website activity to identify opportunities for improved traffic flow, navigation and content placement, making website recommendations as needed
Manage and optimize the marketing email process including marketing automation
Establish Google and site analytics tracking for on-site and off-site performance
Analyze email and digital marketing activity to optimize content and open rates
Analyze marketing initiatives to maximize click-thru and conversion rates
Publish website content updates accurately and timely, ensuring site and content is optimized for all devices
Coordinate all digital requests with IT, product management and marketing departments, following relevant policies and procedures
Monitor and optimize SEO activity for all MidFirst related websites
Create and distribute regular reporting websites and digital platforms


Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree: Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Mass Communications or other related degree
3-5 years of experience
Experience with HTML coding
Strong editing and proofing skills
Experience with Google Analytics or similar program is preferred
Experience with Salesforce email marketing suite (email) or ExactTarget is preferred
Experience with the Ingenuix CMS or similar is preferred
Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Knowledge of new technology and web trends
Familiarity with database queries
