You have a chance to help us build up a new bank here in Boulder, Colorado. Together, we will support our clients, bring in new ones, and build a bank that helps both businesses and consumers. We need someone who can help us with being both a Teller and a Personal Banker in our Boulder office.
You’ll need to like efficiently handling a variety of customer transactions, like to generate business and deepen relationships by selling products and services to potential and existing customers. You’ll need to like working with the public because you’ll be expected to provide exceptional customer service while achieving sales goals and supporting other banking center staff as needed.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Generating new business through outbound calls and reaching out into the local community
Selling to existing and walk-in customers
Handling banking transactions for existing customers on a daily basis
Providing friendly, outgoing, assertive, confident, and enthusiastic service
You’ll be successful in this job if you have:
1-2 years of successful sales record in a retail banking environment
1-2 years of knowledge of bank services and products
6 months of cash handling experience
Ability to promote sales of credit and loan service and completing credit and loan documentation
Demonstrated leadership and assertiveness
Bilingual (fluent verbal and written Spanish) skills would be a plus
Proficient with all Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.)
