Learning & Performance Coordinator

Position Description:
- Quality Assurance review of online and web-based training content.
- Coordinate the booking, planning, and set up, for training rooms, as required.
- Prepare departmental communications.
- Administer data into the Learning Management System (LMS), monitoring course enrollments, executing changes, and updating course data as needed.
- Assist with monitoring the department mailbox to ensure employees questions are answered in a timely fashion.
- Collaborates with others in the department to identify and execute on projects that support continuous improvements.
- Prepare training reports and use excel worksheets to track completion of training and certification requirements.
- Order office supplies and process invoice payment requests.
- Monitor employee database for changes as communicated by Human Resources.


Position Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work successfully with both on-site and virtual teams
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Experience working within a training function is a plus
