Position Description:
PURPOSE OF POSITION
Process consumer and commercial paid loan releases. Review coming due and outstanding collateral, tax, hazard and flood insurance exceptions. Obtain new insurance policies validating all MFB requirements are met, and clear outstanding exceptions. Prepare and ship collateral documents to the appropriate vendor or jurisdiction for filing. Contact counties, title companies or other vendors to obtain outstanding collateral documents sent for filing. This position is also responsible for Force-placement of flood insurance according to FEMA guidelines and force-placement of vehicle insurance, if/when needed. Monitor all escrow loans, request payment when due and request update to the host system.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITES
Process consumer and commercial releases
Submit collateral perfection documents for filing
Process coming due and outstanding collateral, tax, hazard and flood insurance exceptions
Process continuation filings on secured collateral
Monitor escrow loans and process payment of escrow items.
Monitor collateral that resides within a flood zone and process according to regulatory requirements.
Perform miscellaneous administrative duties or projects as assigned.


Position Requirements:
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Familiar with release requirements for various states
Advanced PC skills’ including Microsoft Office products
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
Familiar with consumer and commercial loan documents
Must be organized and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
This position may involve some lifting of boxes containing loan files
Must have previous insurance related training or experience – including flood and escrow
Familiar with the Uniform Commercial Code, Regulation B, C, Z, RESPA, Fair Credit, Reporting Act, and other federal and state regulations on lending and consumer compliance
