Position Description:
We are seeking a professional, highly motivated candidate for our Retail Product Management team. The Retail Product Analyst assists the Product Managers with managing deposit, loan and payment products for Retail Banking. Position requires partnering with internal departments including Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Training and Internet delivery. Position will primarily participate in projects related to products, new developments, existing changes and related compliance and regulatory changes. May also assist with executing marketing campaigns, promotions, industry and competitive research and/or analysis. Position requires excellent communication, organization, project management and analytical skills as well as creativity.

Additional responsibilities include:

Assist implementation of new products
Assist with executing strategies related to product lines
Communicate with sales teams to promote current and new product offerings
Conduct industry research and analysis
Work with and lead cross functional teams on projects
Create and analyze reports, including reviewing variances, checking for accuracy and recommending changes
Assist with creating campaign budgets and goals, as well as creating campaign training and sales materials
Field product or promotional questions from sales team
Participate on the product pricing committee
Perform miscellaneous duties and ad hoc reporting as assigned

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must have ability to gather information and establish priorities
Self-starter that works well both independently and within in team environment
Ability to work with cross-functional teams without authority


Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree with business focus required or bachelor degree with 5+ years of banking experience will be considered.
A minimum of 2 years experience in general project management, banking, or financial field preferred.
MBA and/or CPA a plus
Advanced proficiency in Excel
