Executive Bankers develop and manage a deposit and loan portfolio of executive banking clients including business owners and executives, doctors and other medical practitioners, attorneys, CPA’s, and non-profit leadership. This would also include medical groups, law firms, school leadership, accounting firms and businesses located near the banking centers. While primarily focused on new banking relationships, the successful candidate must be able to provide excellent customer service and work well with all internal banking divisions.
Goal oriented with the ability to meet the assigned deposit and loan goals.
Proven high degree of ethics while generating new business and providing customer service.
Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients to uncover and satisfy their needs through our existing consumer and business product sets.
Professionally assist clients with concerns or questions concerning their accounts. Adequately explain all service and product questions.
Excellent communicator with internal and external clients.
Generate leads through community outreach activities and develop business partners, while building internal relationships.
Work closely with commercial and business banking to manage their consumer relationships.
Work with Treasury Management Sales Officer to help identify treasury management opportunities.
Orchestrate customer and prospect in-person calls to expand business relationships.
Develop and maintain a pipeline report to track new and future business.
Responsible for opening new deposit accounts or working with branch (personal banker) to open new accounts.
Assist with loan and deposit pricing proposals.
Partner with internal operations to ensure new services are established correctly and timely and that customer issues are addressed in a professional and responsive manner
Coordinate with Treasury Management Sales Officer to train customers on new TM products and services as well as online demonstrations.
Follow up with customers to ensure products and services are meeting satisfaction
Communicate with other lines of business‘s as to status of products and services
The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience and a minimum of 5 years in business and/or personal banking. Candidate must have a solid track record of building and administering banking relationships. Candidate must be goal oriented, demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, as well as a strong network of executive banking type clients.
