The Treasury Management Sales Officer (TMSO) will develop new treasury management business, managing all elements of the sales cycle to include business development, prospect qualification, needs analysis and closing. This position will serve as the advisor for the Relationship Management team and clients, providing education on products, pricing and operations. The TMSO will prepare and present comprehensive sales proposals and presentation to customers and prospects in addition to internal partners. The TMSO will partner with the Treasury Management Team to ensure new services are established correctly and timely and that customer issues are addressed in a professional and responsive manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops channels to prospect new Treasury Management clients and manage prospect pipeline.
Responsible for expanding and building relationships, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by generating, managing and servicing the treasury needs of clients.
Identifies other client banking needs and partner with the Relationship Management Team on cross sell opportunities.
Calls on prospective customers individually and with RMs in order to develop new Treasury Management relationships.
Creates and delivers sales presentations, explains services offered, and makes recommendations based on client needs.
Facilitates onboarding of major client relationships or complex industry types.
Reviews sales, service and implementation processes to recommend process efficiencies.
Coordinates calling efforts with appropriate Relationship Managers.
Provides employee and customer training on TM products, pricing and operations as well as provides technical support, and facilitates product demonstrations.
Assists with research and development of additional market strategies. Maintains Treasury Management industry knowledge to ensure competitive pricing and product offerings Backs up other Treasury Management team members as needed
Prepares and processes all documentation necessary to ensure a smooth implementation and onboarding of clients.
Performs regular client follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provides consultative expertise to existing Treasury Management clients and prospects to determine their requirements and recommended solutions.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
5 years of treasury management sales experience
Demonstrated knowledge of treasury management products and related business, financial and risk management processes
Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superior customer service and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to manager time and multiple projects effectively
